Join Abortion Rights activists for discussion on decriminalisation, an update on current service provision in Scotland, and campaigns for 2023

ur AGM is open to all Abortion Rights members and representatives of affiliated organisations, in Scotland. We organise across Scotland, as individual campaigners, health service workers, across political parties, and in trade unions.

The first session will include a video contribution from elected MP Alex Greenwich, in the Australian state of New South Wales, which decriminalised abortion in 2019; a look at current abortion service provision in Scotland (including progress made, and considering how decriminalisation would further improve services); and a discussion on campaigning.

The AGM will also agree our organising group for the year ahead and establish campaign priorities too. All are welcome – join us now!

Whilst we cannot provide childcare, we can help on the day with support at the venue if you contact us in advance. Coffee and tea will be provided – bring along a sandwich if you wish – snacks will be available too.
