📋 Influence our agenda for the next year by submitting a motion.
👥 Stand for election to become a change maker and be part of the governing body of the Abortion Rights Executive Committee.
🌱 Help Abortion Rights grow by introducing people to our cause, bringing them to Public Meetings, and encouraging them to join.
📢 Support our campaigns by spreading the word, sharing your experiences, and attending events. Your active participation is crucial in advancing the mission of Abortion Rights.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
The Abortion Rights 2024 AGM will be held on Saturday 9th March 2024 and these are the following deadlines in line with our constitution*:
Mailing (including the Annual Report, details of the AGM and public meeting): SATURDAY 09/1/2024
Deadline for nominations/motions/constitutional changes is noon on WEDNESDAY 31/01/2024 (midnight)
Mailing 2 (including notice of all motions, nominations, and proposals for changes to the constitution): TUESDAY 09/2/2024
THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Abortion Rights’ Public meeting and AGM will be held via Zoom on Saturday, the 09th of March 2024.
Start Time: 11 am- 12:30 am
AGM Policy & Campaign business for the coming year – Abortion Rights members only.
